Return and Refund Policy

Our Commitment We want you to love your PAWPRINT SOCIAL CLUB gear! If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at waru110@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at waru110@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Print-on-Demand Note: All products are made to order. We are unable to accept returns due to sizing issues if the correct size was ordered—please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
